教育部、人力資源和社會保障部、國務院扶貧辦3部門日前聯合下發通知，要求各地各高校采取舉措助力52個未摘帽貧困縣建檔立卡貧困家庭的4.5萬名2020屆高校畢業生就業。
China will take steps to help 45,000 new college graduates from impoverished families in 52 poor counties nationwide seek employment, according to a circular made public recently. The document was jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development.

增加就業是貧困家庭最有效最直接的脫貧方式。今年是決戰決勝脫貧攻堅收官之年，千方百計促進52個未摘帽貧困縣建檔立卡貧困家庭2020屆高校畢業生就業是重大政治任務。
通知要求，實施好“建檔立卡貧困家庭畢業生專升本專項計劃”，專項招收本地高職（專科）2020屆貧困家庭畢業生，單獨組織錄取；推動第二學士學位優先招錄；優先提供實習見習機會，開展職業技能培訓和就業指導。“特崗計劃”等中央基層項目向貧困家庭畢業生傾斜，確保應招盡招；科研助理崗位確保優先錄用；鼓勵貧困家庭畢業生積極參軍入伍；鼓勵貧困縣開發扶貧公益崗位吸納貧困家庭畢業生回戶籍地工作。
通知指出，要積極舉辦線上線下專場招聘活動；廣泛發動校友企業等優先招聘貧困家庭畢業生。各地人力資源社會保障部門要建立未就業貧困家庭畢業生實名幫扶機制。要用好東西扶貧協作、對口支援等扶貧工作機制，為貧困家庭畢業生爭取更多就業機會；鼓勵支援省份和單位提供公益崗位，為未就業貧困家庭畢業生提供兜底保障。

今年是脫貧攻堅決戰決勝之年，解決好貧困群眾就業問題非常重要。各級黨委和政府要加大扶持力度，通過各種方法保障貧困群眾就業。
