日前，國務院辦公廳印發《關于深化產教融合的若干意見》，提出深化產教融合，促進教育鏈、人才鏈與產業鏈、創新鏈有機銜接。

Enterprises will be encouraged to participate in the operation of vocational schools and universities in the form of sole proprietorships or joint ventures, and grant more intern vacancies to students to strengthen cooperation with educational institutes, according to a notice released by the State Council.
意見指出，鼓勵企業以獨資、合資等方式參與舉辦職業教育、高等教育，同時為學生提供更多實習機會，加強產教合作。

《意見》明確，建立緊密對接產業鏈、創新鏈的學科專業體系（set majors in line with industrial transformation and innovation），大力支持集成電路（integrated circuit）、航空發動機及燃氣輪機（aeroplane engine and gas turbine）、網絡安全（cyber security）、人工智能（artificial intelligence）等學科專業建設；健全需求導向的人才培養結構調整機制（adjustment mechanism for demand-oriented training programs），強化就業市場對人才供給的有效調節，嚴格實行專業預警和退出機制（early warning and exit mechanism）。

深化“引企入教”改革，支持引導企業深度參與職業學校、高等學校教育教學改革（play a bigger part in education reform at vocational schools and universities）。支持校企合作開展生產性實習實訓，鼓勵企業直接接收學生實習實訓（students to be trained as interns）。以企業為主體推進協同創新和成果轉化，加快基礎研究成果向產業技術轉化（research results turned into technologies）。
