姜餅的故鄉雖然在德國，但歐陸人也習慣在圣誕期間吃姜餅。芬蘭人會一邊享用姜餅，一邊喝glogi酒，它是一種摻入杏仁與葡萄干的酒，味道既辣且香。荷蘭人甚至會把圣誕禮物藏在布丁或羊腸里呢！至于波蘭人則分為兩派，一派喜在圣誕前夕吃大餐，另一派卻整日齋戒祈禱！
【非洲】
