每年一到年末我們都會在朋友圈以及自己筆記本的某個角落找到一份愿望清單（to do list）——一份關于第二年要做什么，要做出什么樣的改變。

同樣的情景都會出現在同樣的地方，連清單上的內容都基本上是不變的。我們沉迷于制作清單，但是對于清單內容的落實并不是十分省悟。

做出改變才能讓你變得像你清單里面的人一樣，而相關的改變則是關于你思考，觀察世界的方式，也要有堅定的決心。只要自己的內心足夠強大，改變自己的相關行為方式，就能成功的完成自己清單上的內容。

讓我們來看看 我們在十二月做了些什么

is we make this big, massive list of things that we're going to change come January
我們列了一個巨大的清單 上面寫著我們想要在新的一月要改變的事

I'm gonna lose weight
我要減肥

I'm gonna get a new job
我要找一份新工作

I'm gonna spend more time with my family
我要花更多時間陪我的家人

I'm gonna leave this abusive relationship
我要從這段不健康的暴力關系中脫身

I'm gonna stop smoking
我要戒煙

I'm gonna stop drinking
我要戒酒

So why is it come February, we're back doing the same old sh*t?
可為什么到了二月 我們又開始做這些爛事了呢?

Making the same mistakes
又開始犯同樣的錯誤

hanging around with the same old people
繼續和那些相處了很久的人待在一起

doing the same bad habits
依然改不掉那些壞習慣

making the same f*cking excuses
總是找同樣該死的借口

This happens every single year and I'm telling you now
這樣的事情每年都會發生 而我現在就要告訴你

if you don't want to fall into the same old trap that you do every year
如果你不想每年都落入同樣的陷阱中

then you need to change something else
