英語中關于“開心”的表達多數會用到up或者high、air等詞表示：

The news lifted her spirits.

這個消息讓她精神了起來。

Things are looking up.

情況開始好轉。

振作起來！

My spirits rose when I got her letter.

收到她的信，我就開心了。

I've been walking/floating on air ever since.

自那以后，我就像行走在云端一樣開心。
