高考在即,在大考將近的氛圍中,如何“睡覺”也成為一門學問,有些考生因為壓力過大,導致緊張失眠,甚至一些家長也開始焦慮。對此專家提醒稱,考前出現焦慮是正常反應,考生和家長要學會科學地自我調整。
Situational insomnia refers to a temporary form of insomnia that occurs as a result of short-term factors present in a person’s life, ranging from travel (sleeping in a strange bed) to changed life circumstances (e.g., job loss, divorce, death of a loved one, etc.).
“情境性失眠”指的是生活中的短期因素導致的暫時性的失眠癥,比如旅行途中(換了床睡覺),或者生活環境發生了改變(失去工作、離婚、至親去世等等)。
‘Doc, I’ve been up for three days. I need something for sleep — I feel like a dead man walking,“ a 26-year-old accounting student said as he was preparing for his CA exams. Though he’s suffering the full effects of insomnia, his sleep difficulty is short-term, and should resolve quickly.
“醫生,我已經失眠三天了,我需要睡覺。我感覺自己就像行尸走肉”,一位26歲的會計專業學生說,當時他正在準備認證會計師考試。盡管他飽受失眠癥困擾,但他的睡眠困難是短期的,很快就能解決。
Yet unlike the accounting student’s situational insomnia, our society is collectively suffering from a persistent lack of sleep.
和這位會計專業學生的情境性失眠不同的是,現在大多數人都受到長期缺乏睡眠的困擾。
