雙方結(jié)婚前簽訂婚前協(xié)議，約定關(guān)系破裂時(shí)的財(cái)產(chǎn)分配的事宜，這個(gè)已經(jīng)不是什么新鮮事了。不過(guò)，隨著養(yǎng)寵物的家庭越來(lái)越多，離婚時(shí)寵物該歸誰(shuí)也成了一個(gè)問(wèn)題。于是，國(guó)外不少夫妻在簽訂財(cái)產(chǎn)類婚前協(xié)議的同時(shí)，還會(huì)簽訂一份婚前寵物協(xié)議。問(wèn)題是，寵物自己難道沒(méi)有選擇權(quán)嗎？

Here comes pet nup or pup nup, a prenuptial agreement that specifies who gets custody of the couple's pet or specifically dog in case of breakup.
于是，就有了婚前寵物協(xié)議，即約定分手時(shí)雙方寵物或者寵物狗歸屬的婚前協(xié)議。

The general term pet nup dates to mid-2011. The feline variation cat nup is surprisingly rare, probably because, in the event of a divorce, it's the cat that decides who gets custody.
Pet nup這個(gè)說(shuō)法最早見(jiàn)于2011年中期。專用于寵物貓的說(shuō)法cat nup竟然很少被用到，估計(jì)是因?yàn)橹魅朔质謺r(shí)決定貓咪歸屬的不是主人，而是貓咪自己吧。
